OUR STORY

​It is no accident that Bibas Restaurant is famous for its delicious menu as the Bibas family has been preparing and serving superb food for generations. Haritos’ father, Stefanos Bibas, was a chef for the ocean liner Queen Frederica of Greece before Haritos began feeding Houstonians 25 years ago.

Now Haritos continues the tradition by baking the best Greek Pizza in Houston. Bibas uses only the best ingredients such as feta cheese and olives. imported directly from Greece. Virgin olive oil made from Greek olives to get that perfect flavor, and high-protein flour for a perfect texture for the pizza crust.

Bibas Greek Pizza is the favorite because we make it by hand with a wonderful light but crispy non-fat pizza crust risen twice. The secret about the pizza is that we put the cheese on top of the ingredients so the toppings stay moist and flavorful.
